An Engineer by education, he started his career in manufacturing, become a lead ERP consultant specializing in Materials and Warehouse Management and has been spending the last 11 years in US creating / implementing outsourcing strategies primarily for Fortune 500 Manufacturing, CPG, Apparel, Retail and Governmental organizations. Venkatesh is an Engineering Services professional with 19 years' experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM. His experience includes providing services and solutions in Product Design, FEM analysis, Product Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Reverse Engineering, 3D laser scanning and manufacturing support services to various verticals in engineering industries across the world, both in private sector and governmental organizations.

He was a Research fellow at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre projects where he developed FEM Analysis program for advanced study on Nuclear Reactor structure. He has published various technical papers on Numerical methods, Contouring Algorithms and well versed with C, C++, FORTRAN and Neural Networks programming. He is in the academic board of civil engineering department in a deemed University in India.
