The Customer
A US based Industrial Branding products manufacturing company, catering specifically to the Golf Equipment manufacturers. Marketing and sales in USA, and manufacturing in China.
The Challenge
The below diagram clearly explains the business model and explains how information needs to flow. Before eBiz Global Corp developed a system for this company, they were using conventional methods like excel, email and CDs. Their manufacturing technique involves sending large ink formulation files of the order of 50 and 100 MB. Since email system could not handle it, they were sending CDs by courier to China and Hong Kong.

Email followup was a nightmare, since at any given point in time, there were several tens of projects being developed, manufactured and shipped.

The Solution

eBiz Global came up with Promark Trak - a software that handles information starting from the marketing and sales person in California to the design & tech centre in Connecticut, and onto HongKong and China. The software allows large file upload and download through an ingenious method.

Promark Trak maintains all files needed for manufacturing (like Ink Formulation specs, taper proof drawings, artwork, spec sheets, etc.). In addition, it maintains dates of all critical manufacturing and shipping stages, so that the head office staff can track the progress of a project, and commit delivery dates to customers.


This one stop solution has turned remote location manufacturing from a nightmare to a breeze. The staffs have more time in their hands now, because they don’t have to make calls to check project status. The software has broken the language barrier by allowing the Chinese to input critical project details without learning English.
